For the past 3 years we have brought The Digital Transformation Conference to North America, hosting events in New York, Boston & Washington, D.C. Over the past 3 years we have had some brilliant presentations from expert digital business leaders who have shared case studies of digital innovation within global companies which have increased productivity, customer experience and decreased costs.
This year we had planned to expand our Digital Transformation Conference series to include 2020 events in Houston & Seattle however, we have had to pivot our plans for this year and are delighted to offer a free to attend Online Digital Transformation Conference this fall. Whilst we are disappointed we are having to postpone our inaugural Seattle & Houston events until 2021, we are committed to providing all the expert, thought provoking content we would have from the 5 conferences in one 2 day event on October 28-29.
The conference will take place from 9:00am-5:00pm EDT and feature keynote presentations, panel sessions, interviews and interactive workshops. We will be covering key topics including the remote digital workplace, digital leadership, digital customer experiences, future proofing business and creating a digital culture of innovation.
Our speakers will explore how overall business strategies and models have changed due to the workplace & customer implications of the recent pandemic. Overcoming new challenges has been enabled through digital technologies and tools, our presenters will offer a deeper dive into what has been successful for them and why these innovations have caused an increase in productivity, efficiency and customer experience.
Over the coming weeks we will explore each of the key topics for the event further through articles and previous presentations posted here on Beyond Business Buzzwords. We will also be providing speaker snapshots & interviews in the lead up to the event, with the full agenda released on September 24th.
