We’ve heard some great pieces on the critical element of people and culture within digital transformation at our Digital Transformation Conferences over the last five years. It seems like the people and cultural element of any business transformation can often produce challenges for our attending organisations who are seeking out ideas and solutions to instilling a culture of innovation and creating more coherent and digital savvy workforces.
I have been fortunate enough to have some wonderful conversations from executives working in an array of industries and welcome presentations from some of the brightest minds in digital business and technology. I was challenged by my colleague to pick out three of the most impressive pieces on people and culture, which admittedly was a struggle as there were plenty of them to pick from.
After some deliberation I have gone with the following, I hope you enjoy them as much as I did and the audiences that watched at the time.
3. An interview with EY’s Jyoti Sharma on The Future of Work and New Ways of Working
2. ‘Digital Transformation, It’s About Your People’ with Daggerwing Group’s Michelle Mahony & Edson Chaves
1. ‘Building a Culture of Innovation’ with Bruce Daisley, Former VP at Twitter
I hope the two presentations and interview are insightful and may provide you with some takeaways on thinking that you might be able to apply in your own workplace or within your own leadership.
