Chris Towers, Head of Events, Roar Media

The Online Digital Transformation Conference returns for another UK & European time-zone serving event and welcoming some brilliant folk from a variety of industries and backgrounds working within enterprise digital transformation. The series to date has operated on numerous time-zones around the world and continues to serve up content relevant to different regions and in an online format whilst the world slowly returns to a state of normality, whatever that might be. The global series looks to return in its live in person format in the second half of this year but of course the situation continues to be monitored.

The UK & European edition returns for a fourth time this week and will run from 08.45 (UK) / 09.45 (CET) on Thursday with presentations, live Q&A sessions, interviews and a panel discussion approaching different topic areas falling within digital transformation from the people elements to the technology side. 4 Facets of Digital Agility

Agile is a mindset generally accepted by all organisations, however the principles of agile have been around for years and we need to explore how to use a pragmatic combination of the four facets of agility for continued and lasting innovations. This session from Adaptavist will cover complexity thinking, a key to todays changing world with complex systems and multiple feedback loops. People & leadership are another element vital to success, conventional ways of thinking won’t help us succeed in today’s world, we need to address this and have empathy with how we interact and how to improve employee engagement. Technical & cultural practices need to be monitored for high performing teams to exist & collaborate effectively. The final facet is tooling & automation, these are monitored by flow metrics to ensure all decisions are data driven.

Unlocking your Transformation Potential

The day will finish with a brilliant panel session with three digital business leaders with proven transformation success. We will find out how they broke away from legacy mindsets, the rapid evolution of the digital workplace and workforce, the ingredients to successful enterprise digital transformation and so much more!
